Main Components of Electric Hoist Overhead Crane
The hoist bridge crane is composed of bridge frame, electric hoist trolley, bridge operating mechanism and electrical equipment. Lifting mechanism, hoist trolley running mechanism and bridge running mechanism are the three working mechanisms of the crane, each equipped with a separate motor to drive.
Bridge is composed of box-shaped main beam, box-shaped end beam and walking platform. The two ends of the main beam and the end beam are connected rigidly, and the end beam is segmented, which is connected by a middle connecting piece. In this way, the entire bridge can be disassembled for transportation and installation. The platform and the railing are connected by on-site welding.
Bridge running mechanism
The bridge running mechanism adopts a separate driving mode, relying on two driving wheels connected with two sets of symmetric independent drive devices to drive walking.
Trolley running mechanism
It is equipped with travelling limit switch, buffer and other safety devices.
It has safety devices, including overload limiter and lifting power-off switch.
Both ends of the two end beams are equipped with bridge buffers to prevent multiple cranes in the same span from colliding. Two ends of the main beams are equipped with trolley buffer blocks to reduce the impact of cranes and trolleys when they reach the extreme positions of both ends.

The bridge conductive frame is installed at the bottom of the main beam of the bridge, and the safe sliding contact wire is installed on the conductive frame’s current collector to supply the power.
